Main Description on Stainelss Steel Made Automatic Swiss Roll Cake Production Line
The equipment consists of an agitator, a filling machine, a sizing machine,a filling nozzle, a combustible gas steel belt type tunnel type furnace, a return conveying mesh bag, a slitting device, a pressing device, a sandwich device, a cake overturning device, a pressing device, a transverse cutting device, a cooling conveyor, etc.
Manufacturing Stardards
* Full automatic PLC control system, the touch screen, intuitive man-machine interface.
* This production line adopts SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, strong corrosion and heat resistance and easy to clean.
* The oven external is made of stainless steel according to customers' requirements, nice outlook and easy to clean. Heat preservation cotton adopts the combination of glass fiber and imported rock wool, good heat preservation, quick heating, high thermal efficiency, can reduce the energy consumption.
Characteristics:
* This equipment doesnot need mold to produce the cakes, as long as replace the cutting clearance and adjust the speed of the sword. The cakes size is changable. It can also adjust the weight of the cake according to the customers'demand.
* Full automatic, only need two workers to operate the machine, two to three workers to package.
* New baking oven through hot air circulation, can reduce the baking time and temperature, make bread edge coloring better, more soft taste.
* There is an observation window on the baking oven available for watching during operation.
* Provide whole factory planning, personnel training and technological formulation.
